Updates from the Home front – September 2022

Linus reporting in from his new home…….

Hello from my new life. I wanted to provide an update so everyone will know I am one happy guy living a great life with my new mom.

My fur has grown back and the allergy meds you all recommended have kept me fluffy and happy. As you can see below, I was an itchy scratchy mess way back in January. My fur was missing and I was one unhappy guy needing help.

January 2022

Now in September, my mom is calling me "Mr. Fluffy" as my fur has grown back and covered up all my poor bald legs and toes. Now that summer's hot weather is coming to an end, I will need that fur growth as I plan on keeping my yard rodent free all winter long.

My Mom wanted to let you know that I love to chase rabbits and squirrels and fireflies around the yard. There are so many things to keep up with I am just one VERY busy boy.

During the day I take a few naps next to my mom just to let her know how lucky she is to have me and I am lucky to have her too. She tells me stories about life's little worries and concerns as well as the things we are going to do when Winter sets in (I love snow). I just feel the warmth and love that comes from us being together that I curl up right next to her and fall fast asleep totally contented.

Thanks everyone for funding Westie Rescue so they are able to help guys like me to find a great new home like the one I have and get the medical attention to make us whole once again.
